Libraries
UC Irvine has three major library facilities: the Main and Science Libraries on campus
and the Medical Center Library in Orange. The libraries have a total of approximately
two million volumes and 19,000 active serial subscriptions that are available
for study, teaching and research.
The print collection is augmented by access to a growing number of electronic
resources, including those that are part of the rapidly expanding California
Digital Library, the collections of the University of California library system
and several systemwide cooperative acquisitions programs. UC Irvine has its
own electronic system, ANTPAC (the Anteaters Public Access Catalog), which provides
information about books, periodicals and other materials at UC Irvine.
Below is a list of the online and physical library resources of the University
of California, Irvine. Some resources are available to current students only and
may not be viewable to the public via the Internet.
