Student Life
Full-time or Fully Employed, Executive MBA or Health Care Executive MBA, some things are fundamental to the school's culture and true for all our students. Once you decide to come to The Paul Merage School of Business at UC Irvine, you are part of the team. You might be working with your study group, or a team you pull together to explore a business idea or undertake a class project. You could be partnering with alumni or staff on a networking event, running for the leadership team of a student organization, initiating a new organization or activity for your classmates.
Team Member
The school fosters and encourages teamwork and collaboration in many ways. You'll introduce yourself to your study group at orientation and then find this team is the heart of your first year in the program. You will meet nearly every day to review homework and notes, prepare for exams or case discussions, and work on team projects for classes. The more diverse the group, the more everyone's learning experience is enhanced. California is one of the most diverse places on the globe - and our teams show it.
